When designing the hub, we closely followed client’s instructions to make it as straightforward as possible. No professional jargon, no elaborate interface. The eBay Brand Centre is simple and to-the-point. It educates through a set of guidelines, provides access to the core brand identity materials, stationery templates and advertising assets. The Brand Centre is used by the eBay brand team as well as their creative and media partners from 12 European markets.

InterContinental

The Brand Centre ensures the global compliance of the InterContinental Hotels and Resorts brand across 150 properties in 65 countries. The hub features an extensive asset library, dynamic brand guidelines, and a widely popular project planner, crucial for the coordination of global initiatives.

The system helps InterContinental to maintain the highest level of brand standards around the world, through expansive guidelines, inspiring education and meticulous planning.

Swisscom

Not all Brand Centres are efficiency-enhancing cloud applications developed for internal use. The Swisscom hub, for instance, is largely accessible to the general public. A powerful marketing tool, it brings the brand story to its ultimate consumers. By openly featuring the latest news and the corporate blog as well as promotional imagery and brand guidelines - the facets of branding usually restricted to in-house use. Swisscom conveys the image of friendly honesty, inviting the customers to take part in writing its history.

Vodafone

The Brand Centre has evolved into a platform where Vodafone marketeers, their media partners and suppliers come together. It is a library, a club and a work space, a worldwide virtual office open around the clock.

In use since 2001, the Vodafone Brand Centre manages the group’s global marketing endeavours, allowing over 6,000 users to move more than 4 terabytes of data annually and save the company over €25 million a year.

Ford

Following our lengthy collaboration with Ford UK, we were invited to work with Ford of Europe, whose Brand Centre went live in March 2011. The Ford hubs take care of the whole marketing supply chain of the automotive giant. In addition to its basic functionality, the systems allow UK dealers to create and publish customised marketing collateral, from gift vouchers to press ads to podium materials, on the fly. Users from continental Europe increase budget visibility with a fully-featured campaign planning tool.

Salomon

Fully managed by its users, salomonbrandcenter.com brings together a network of 29 local micro sites supported in 7 languages. It provides the Salomon brand team with complete control over user and asset activity.

The system is highly popular with the brand’s photographers, who upload freshly-shot pictures directly on the slopes. To make the process as user-friendly as possible, the Brand Centre allows bulk uploading and editing of the files, as well as associated keywords and meta-data, and instantly promotes them on the home page.

Network Rail

Designed in collaboration with the Network Rail brand team and their brand guardians, The Partners, this Brand Centre provides controlled access to a range of high-resolution design and photographic materials as well as detailed brand guidance illustrated by best practice.

Additional tangible cost savings are provided by the Adgistics’ proprietary software that enables users to swiftly create customised brand materials. Just visit any of the 18 main train stations in the UK and check out the posters created by the station staff on the fly.
