Executive Chairman
James Waite co-founded Adgistics, and was appointed Chairman in 2009. Between 1994 and 2000 he established and ran a digital design agency within the Leagas Delaney Group. Subsequently he has contributed as a strategist and writer to an array of agency and client organisations, and co-founded an international photojournalism agency. He is a partner in Globalegacy LLP, consulting for commercial development in emerging economies with multinational business and advisory groups.
Non-Executive Director
Jim Hubbard conceived the idea for Adgistics with co-founder James Waite, securing initial investment and clients Adidas, Patek Philippe and Coca Cola. His background includes management team and board director roles at advertising groups BBH and Leagas Delaney, which led to a realisation that innovative advertising management technology could help brands achieve huge improvements in efficiency, effectiveness and economy.
Today, Jim is also a highly successful management consultant who has advised over 40 agencies and brands on growth and success, delivering change that has been described in the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising's Magic & Logic success stories as ‘utterly transformational’.
Non-Executive Director
John joined the Adgistics Board in 2001 and served as Chairman in 2004-2009. He is a director and major shareholder of Tower Hill Investment Partners which hold an equity interest in Adgistics, and also Managing Director of JZ International, a European industrial and investment holding group with operations in the UK, The Netherlands, Spain, Italy and Scandinavia.
Prior to this John enjoyed a 17-year career with Hambros Bank in Melbourne, Sydney and London.
Non-Executive Director
Ben founded the imaging group, Metro, over 25 years ago, now a 150 staff, £10m operation providing studio, lighting and camera hire, film and consumable sales, film processing and printing, image manipulation and pre-press services.
Coming from an image production background Ben could see the advantages of centralisation and rationalisation of image storage and distribution and was the first investor in Adgistics.

A qualified chartered accountant, Jeremy has followed up a 15 year career in investment banking with a further 13 years to in financial management of publicly quoted advertising and media companies; firstly as Finance Director of Abbott Mead Vickers plc and subsequently as Chief Financial Officer of Aegis Group plc.
In 2007 Jeremy left Aegis Group to pursue a number of private business interests.
Jeremy co-founded Adgistics in 1999. He is a non-executive director and chairman of the audit committee of TUI Travel PLC

Andrew is Group Associates Controller at WPP plc, where he oversees WPP's portfolio of associate companies. He has held senior roles across Finance and Operations within WPP's Kantar Group in both Custom and Media Research and Media Planning Software, in UK, mainland Europe and USA..
