Simon Myers
Managing Director

Simon has been Managing Director of Adgistics for 4 years, during which time the company has attracted many of its current Clients and significantly advanced and extended its product range.

Prior to Adgistics , Simon had a 15-year career in account management in leading London advertising agencies, culminating in being Managing Director of Collett Dickenson Pearce for 3 years. He has developed advertising and communications across most product and service categories for almost 100 brands, including famous campaigns for Cadbury's Flake and Crème Eggs, Hamlet, Ariston and many others, gaining wide experience of a plethora of media channels.

He is a passionate believer in the cumulative benefit of integrated communications and during his time at CDP evolved its expertise to become the only mainstream advertising agency to also win industry recognised 'gold' awards in direct marketing and sales promotion.

This belief is furthered at Adgistics by enabling and encouraging brand owners and creative agencies to easily share all communications campaigns and materials to achieve significant consistency and financial synergies.


Jon Raab
Technical Director

Jon has been Technical Director of Adgistics for 3 years. He trained initially as an engineer and prior to Adgistics he spent 7 years working for both blue chip companies and start up ventures at the forefront of e-commerce initiatives. Roles from Technical Consultant to Technology Director in a diverse range of industries provided an in-depth experience of web technology and delivery management. Highlights include a global e-procurement project for Stolt Offshore, an e-sourcing project for Phillips and a dynamic pricing project for Volkswagen.

At Adgistics Jon is responsible for all Client system and product development, managing a team of developers, designers and content managers.


Sanjay Patel
Chief Financial Officer

Sanjay joined Adgistics in October 2007 and is Company Secretary as well as having responsibility for the Company’s financial management.

A qualified Chartered Accountant, he was previously Group Financial Controller of an AIM listed business in the media industry and has experience in the video publishing and television production sectors.


Colin Hooper
Head of Development

Colin has worked at Adgistics for more than 5 years now. He has a wealth of experience in working as a Senior Developer for a range of blue-chip companies.

He originally worked in developing client server applications in languages such as C++ and Delphi and progressed into web development mainly using Microsoft technologies, starting with ASP and COM through to the latest cutting edge technologies in .Net.

Colin has been instrumental in developing much of our technology and spearheads our product development.


Nick Morley
Head of Design

Nick joined Adgistics in late 2005 to meet the creative demands of the company. Since his arrival he has taken on the responsibility of implementing clients brand guidelines into our software, ensuring brand consistency throughout.

He has over 16 years experience in the design field working on varied projects including magazine advertising, direct mail, book publishing, exhibition stands and product packaging. In the past 5 years he has turned his attention to designing for websites and banner advertising using both HTML and Flash technologies.

Past clients he has undertaken work for include major blue chip companies and advertising agencies including 3M, Carphone Warehouse, Daily & Sunday Telegraph and L'Oreal to name but a few of the brands.


Jim Hubbard
Non-Executive Director

A respected and innovative Creative Services Director, Jim is now Managing Director of White Door Consulting specialising in operational optimisation of the communications development process and in finding new ways to help creative businesses grow and prosper.

During his 20-year career of managing the creative services function in leading advertising agencies, he set up the advertising industry's first client-facing project management department incorporating new techniques such as TOC and global sourcing of production resulting in a much greater degree of speed, quality of service and client satisfaction.

Jim conceived and co-founded Adgistics in 1999.


John Plimmer
Non-Executive Director

John joined the Adgistics Board in 2001 and was appointed Chairman in 2004. He is a director and major shareholder of Tower Hill Investment Partners which hold an equity interest in Adgistics, and also Managing Director of JZ International, a European industrial and investment holding group with operations in the UK, The Netherlands, Spain, Italy and Scandinavia.

Prior to this John enjoyed a 17-year career with Hambros Bank in Melbourne, Sydney and London.


Ben Richardson
Non-Executive Director

Ben founded the imaging group, Metro, over 25 years ago, now a 150 staff, £10m operation providing studio, lighting and camera hire, film and consumable sales, film processing and printing, image manipulation and pre-press services.

Coming from an image production background Ben could see the advantages of centralisation and rationalisation of image storage and distribution and was the first investor in Adgistics .


Jeremy Hicks
Non-Executive Director

A qualified chartered accountant, Jeremy has followed up a 15 year career in investment banking with a further 12 years to date in financial management of publicly quoted advertising and media companies; firstly as Finance Director of Abbott Mead Vickers plc and more recently as Chief Financial Officer of Aegis Group plc.

Jeremy co-founded Adgistics in 1999. He also holds a non executive directorship with First Choice Holidays plc.
