James Waite
Executive Chairman

James Waite co-founded Adgistics, and was appointed Chairman in 2009. Between 1994 and 2000 he established and ran a digital design agency within the Leagas Delaney Group. Subsequently he has contributed as a strategist and writer to an array of agency and client organisations, and co-founded an international photojournalism agency. He is a partner in Globalegacy LLP, consulting for commercial development in emerging economies with multinational business and advisory groups.

Joe Jarrett
Chief Executive Officer

Joe joined Adgistics in April 2010 and has many years of experience in senior management with media and technology companies both in the public and private sectors. Dynamic, entrepreneurial and supported by a young and committed team, Joe will use Adgistics’ innovative spirit and leadership in the core business to grow the company’s ‘footprint’ and product portfolio. Joe is passionately involved in a number of international not-for-profit organizations that develop standards for the marketing and advertising industries.

Sanjay Patel
Chief Financial Officer

Sanjay joined Adgistics in October 2007 and is Company Secretary as well as having responsibility for the Company’s financial management. A qualified Chartered Accountant, he was previously Group Financial Controller of an AIM listed business in the media industry and has experience in the video publishing and television production sectors.

Chris Bunnett
Chief Technology Officer

Chris joined Adgistics in January 2013, at a fundamental time of development and growth. With 25 years of experience in marketing and advertising, and in implementing technology strategies for organisations ranging from small companies to FTSE 250 members, Chris's background, knowledge and skills make him the ideal candidate to lead our development team.

Group Head - New Business Development

Mike joined Adgistics in May 2010 to meet the ambitious growth demands of the company. With over a decade of technology sales management experience and a proven ability of successful sales and business development, Mike has a record of consistently achieving significant year-on-year sales growth. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in dynamic advertising methodologies, content management systems, artwork automation solutions, and emerging digital platforms.

Dora Birna
Group Head - Marketing

Dora joined Adgistics in February 2013 as Head of Marketing – Group. With degrees in Marketing & Advertising, Brand Development and Graphic Design, Dora is responsible for all of Adgistics marketing activities. Dora has extensive global experience working across many geographies and is sensitive to the cultural differences that play into brand advocacy and brand ambassadorship.

Michael Parmenter
Vice President, Business Development - North America

Michael joined Adgistics in January 2013. He is an accomplished senior executive with extensive knowledge in process management workflow technologies having had a illustrious career across England, Europe, North and South America, Africa and Australia. Michael has previously been responsible for the growth of a new business entity in the technology sector within North America which included an extension into Latin America. He also has a considerable background in the printing, publishing and broadcast supply industries.
