Dealer Xpress enables Ford dealers to customise and order advertising online from a series of templates, created in close collaboration with Ford's creative agency to ensure that is the resultant dealer advertisements are on-brand.

Dealers can customise the advert by writing their own headline, selecting the car image(s) they wish to include, specifying pricing and product features and inserting their logo and address details.

Dealers then select the publication and space size from a database, and the system automatically generates print-ready artwork, with the resultant PDFs of the adverts being sent directly to the publication.

This process has removed all material and manual costs from the reproduction process, reducing costs significantly.

FordFord

Central control and visibility over the deployment of the Ford brand is of huge importance and so in addition to this the system has a sophisticated reporting capability. This allows the Ford marketing team to see detailed information at a glance such as the number of orders placed by dealership, orders by region, types of advert ordered and the number and type of different cars that are advertised.
