Peatland Brand Centre

How a global brand group achieves efficiency and cost savings whilst ensuring brand consistency with a cohesive but diverse brand management system.

The challenge

With a global & diverse brand portfolio, that includes renowned brands in sports, outdoor and fashion such as Speedo, Berghaus, Canterbury, Ellesse, Kickers, Boxfresh, and Lacoste Chaussure, rolling out an efficient overall Brand Centre system that easily enables teams worldwide to access and share brand materials and increase brand engagement with consumers was a high priority.

The solution

Their Brand Centre (the Pentlandtoolbox.com) was implemented to support and coincide with their Group re-branding campaign.

Furthermore, the Pentlandtoolbox.com was designed to share thousands of assets with employees and partners worldwide, including their new corporate design identity and guidelines. This allowed Pentland to implement their branding across the flexible CMS system via logos, icons, templates and multimedia assets.

The Pentlandtoolbox.com enables Pentland to ensure consistently, it’s time saving, accessible 24/7, ensures clarity of usage and is easily updatable.

The results

Pentland gained a level of cohesion in relation to diverse materials across their business. Pentlandtoolbox.com allows the group to analyse audit trails for thousands of their brand assets

and assess which individual assets and general processes are working well. At a corporate level, Pentland gained the ability to control access to and share their assets. The system is entirely aligned to the new brand identity of Pentland, in look, feel and tone-of-voice, ensuring group communications is represented consistently at its best.

Furthermore, the successful execution of this project has seen Adgistics implement Brand Asset Management systems for specific portfolio brands including Berghaus, Lacoste Chaussure and Speedo.
