Berghaus required a system that was more user friendly, intuitive and could handle large data files, easily allocating them to their agencies, partners, distributors & retailers.
Berghaus wanted to be able to find their brand assets quickly and easily, to improve their usability and the accuracy with which they were used. The team at Adgistics were set the challenge of building a Digital Asset Management system to act as a central storage for all of their brand assets, uniting them with the rules for their application in a way that integrated with existing brand processes. With many different classes of user, tight control over the dissemination of those brand assets was a particular requirement.
Berghaus were the first of several Pentland Group brands to implement the Adgistics Brand Centre solution. A highly flexible and fully automated image library containing thousands of media assets, brand guidelines management and a file repository was closely tailored to their brand’s look and feel.
Fully self-managed for its 500+ active users, the Berghaus Brand Centre is an active hub and archive for all their creative work. They also have a really easy to use asset management system that fully adheres to their brand guidelines.
Berghaus launched two successful seasonal campaigns in Spring 11/12 & Winter 11/12. With a built in audit tool, their marketing team are able to track the number of downloads, top download users, which specific campaigns are used, when & where. Their 500+ users download close to 1,000 assets per week, across a vast range of file formats. With the Brand Centre they are able to cut down on ad and campaign execution errors and ensure brand consistency across retailers and distributors.
